Mountain (wild / free) honey:
Wild mountain honey is also called free fly honey. This bee builds hives with trees, shrubs, and most rocks in the mountains. Its hive is on average half a foot wide. It feeds on mountain herbs, trees, millet, and berry trees.
This honey has a very pleasant taste and is useful for many diseases. The honey of small bees is the most expensive and rare honey.
The best quality of small bees is obtained in November and October.
One of its advantages is that its chances of freezing are negligible. Most doctors and physicians recommend bee honey to their patients.
